Paint Protection is the term used to describe the application of a sacrificial layer to a vehicle’s exterior to offer a safeguard from environmental contamination, scratches and swirls, oxidisation, UV damage and chemical etching (bird/bat poo etc). In addition to its protective properties, coatings by Professional Dealership Detailing we offer a car’s paintwork an insane level of gloss that lasts for years on end even in the hot Australian sun.
A properly treated vehicle exhibits a high degree of self-cleaning abilities. Contaminants such as rainwater, road grime, industrial fallout and dirt are much less likely to adhere to the surface of your vehicle, resulting in effortless washing and cleaning.
Coatings are only to be applied by a highly trained professional. Without proper paintwork decontamination and polishing, the lifespan of the coating is greatly reduced.
Once the coating is applied, it requires 12-24 hrs of curing time. During this time, the car cannot get wet, otherwise the coating will not achieve maximum results.

Key to Crystal Serum Ultras performance gain is the introduction of a revolutionary new 7nm nanoparticle alongside an existing 20nm nanoparticle, and increasing the ratio of crosslinkers which reinforce and thicken the top layer of the coating.
The hard 10h top and softer 7h base layer offer improved swirl resistance over regular 9h paint protection coatings. Compared to standard ceramic paint coatings, Crystal Serum Ultra can withstand even the strongest wash chemicals and bird droppings.
An additional benefit from having a flexible base layer and hard top layer is that Crystal Serum Ultra is very resistant to extreme heat changes, even from -40 degrees Celsius to +250 degrees Celsius.
Crystal Serum Ultra can be applied either as a stand-alone paint protection product, or for the best hydrophobic performance, it can be over coated with Gtechniq EXO or C2.
