PDD saved us THOUSANDS from buying a damage new car while getting the Ultimate Ceramic package. PDD spotted right way that our new Black Kona had issues but it was far worse with a 2nd layer of clear coat hitting the car while a small dent on the back bonnet was repaired by the dealer. This clear coat was all over the car in small amounts and looked like a murder scene towards the back of the car with the right lighting. Thankfully, PDD gave us the tools and the means to go back to the dealer to make sure the right thing was done, a replacement car or our money back and was even prepared to go bat for us if the dealer didn't agree. The new car experience was completely destroyed by the dealer and had my wife extremely upset but PDD gave us piece of mind knowing that we would be looked after and even worked with us during Christmas when the new replacement car finally arrived. I feel like it's rare these days that a company really goes above and beyond but PDD help restore faith that there are still great company's out there! Reece is an amazing individual. He and his staffs has done incredible job. Reece was approachable, professional and clarified any queries I had around the ceramic coating or general care for my new car. He even show us video how to maintain car after ceramic coating so that it last long. Lastly, he conveyed that for any queries in future or require any suggestion do not hesitate to contact him, he is always available to help. Highly recommend!! I opted for ceramic coating and the results are incredible. The finish is so deep and glossy that I’m actually kicking myself for not taking photos of it inside their workshop under the lights! What really set them apart was the convenience and professionalism. They provided a loan car and their flexibility with my schedule was much appreciated. The communication was excellent throughout, and the pricing is very fair for such high-caliber work. One tiny heads-up for those who (like me) prefer a 'clean' look: they do apply a branding sticker to the back. It took a little effort to remove, but it’s a minor thing in the grand scheme of such a proper job. If you’re particular about stickers, just let them know upfront. Amazing work! Thank you to Reece and the team for your fantastic work on my 2019 Lexus IS300. Reece was very helpful throughout the process of booking the vehicle and the quick inspection on the day. The entire package took less than a day and the outcome was an absolutely new car. I gave it a wash recently, and the hydrophobic properties of the GTECHNIQ serum was clear.
